I understand that a 10% deposit may be required to officially book an install date. The deposit will go toward the final cost.

After installation all sales are final. Payement due upon receipt. Products are made from treated lumber and exterior paint that may split, crack, warp, scratch, chip, fade, or fail over time. T3 Taverns is not responsible for damage to the tavern or surrounding areas. Overturning or shifting in wind is possible. Buyer is fully responsible for anchoring unless otherwise agreed upon. Buyer is soley responsible for upkeep and repairs.
